• Upon arrival into Padang pay the visa fee at Mandiri Bank Counter obtaining a bar coded receipt .
• Proceed to Visa-on-Arrival counter to have arrival/departure card, passport and receipt scanned and recorded by the immigration computer. A sticker visa will be issued. (This visa is not extendable and is not able to be converted to any other visa types.)
• Proceed to immigration checkpoint for clearances Proceed to baggage carousal and customs clearances .

• MEDICAL AND HEALTH is vital that persons with a medical condition make them known to us well before departure in order that we may assess personal and group risk that may result from any event caused by a known medical condition. We recommend obtaining medical evacuation (air lift) insurance prior to departure. If you need to be flown out without it, things can get pricy. Vaccinations for Typhoid and Hepatitis is advised as is malarial medication as precautionary measures. A general medical checkup with your physician is also highly recommended. We want you to have a hassle free adventure and not be plagued by ill health that could have been treated prior to departure.

• FITNESS
  Stay in shape. The better shape you're in before you surf these waves, the better you can rip, all day. Surfing is an extreme sport and fitness + skill = safety in the surf zone. • Nusa lembongan, Sumbawa, Lombok boats balance of your payment is due 7 days before departure

• Deposits 35% of the total payment in order for us to guarantee your booking, bank transfer. The balance of your payment is due at camp arrival.
• Refundable deposits If the cancelation is made at least 35 days prior to your arrival, you will get your deposit back

After receiving a confirmed document of recent, additional prices will be taken into affect as of the 2006 season to the guest entering the Mentawai Islands on clearance, as a Mentawai Tax Fee for each individual surfer, surfing the breaks of the islands. All surfers will be required to pay US $3.00 per day per person to surf the breaks. This will need to be added to our new price for 2006 Season as shown below:

• The guest must bring the above Mentawai Tax Fee on his travel to Padang to pay on meeting and greeting prior to boarding boat (If requested at the time of departure by Authorities.)

• If paying in US dollar you must pay with notes above year 1999!
• Any notes below this date are not accepted in Indonesian banks; therefore we will not be able to accept.

• 5 euro a day extra charge only in case travel alone from the camp in bingin to kuta beach to do the surf school clininc or surfguide..
